The Best Workplaces in The Netherlands  in 2014 list has been revealed by the Great Place to Work® Institute. SAS Nederland, Microsoft and Novo Nordisk top the list as the best large multinational companies for employees.

The research institute releases an annual list of top organisations to work for throughout the globe – large multinational companies, medium-sized enterprises and small and young enterprises. These organisations on the list show a special policy that leads to trust toward management, employees being proud of what they do and having fun with the people they work with.

The score on the employee survey (two-thirds) and the evaluation of HR policies and practices (one-third) determine the ranking on the list.
