Taalnetwerk language course

This course is meant for persons who have no or limited knowledge of the Dutch language. You will start with the pronunciation, start reading read small texts and learn vocabulary and sentence structure. You can introduce yourself, ask questions and can speak about shopping, meals and going to a restaurant. You know the numbers and can read the clock. The emphasis is on day-to-day situations. You will learn practical Dutch.

You shall have class twice a week during 5 weeks.
Semi-intensive means that you will have 2 weekly sessions instead of one.

After this course you shall be able to ask and answer quesyions; you will have small conversations in Dutch and make yourself understood. You will understand spoken Dutch.
Your level is -A1.

Location and route

TaalNetwerk is located at the President Kennedylaan 19-21 in The Hague. This is a very central location on the edge of the Statenkwartier. You can come to our school in several ways: by public transport, car and of course by bike and foot.

Public transport:

Tram 11 Rijswijkseplein - Scheveningen Haven and v.v. - stop Houtrust
Tram 17 Wateringen - Statenkwartier and v.v. - stop Gemeentemuseum / Museon
Bus 21 Vrederust - Scheveningen Noorderstrand and v.v. - stop Cornelis de Wittlaan
Bus 24 Mariahoeve - Kijkduin and v.v. - stop Cornelis de Wittlaan

By car:
Our building is located at the President Kennedylaan 19-21 in The Hague and can easily be reached via approach roads such as Johan de Wittlaan, Houtrustlaan and Stadhouderslaan.

If you leave the A4, then follow the lane A 14. Continue on Landscheidingsweg and the Hubertustunnel. Herefrom you go straight ahead to the President Kennedylaan.
If you arrive via A12, turn left at the end. Then at the first traffic light turn to the right and follow the signs Scheveningen Haven. Enter the Hubertusviaduct on your right hand and you will find yourself at President Kennedylaan after some 5 minutes.

You can park your car on the side streets on your right hand, such as Van Boetselaerlaan. Parking here is free.

By bike:

You can park your bike in the bike shed behind our building.
