Position Description

This position is responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing to account management.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Learn about our products and services
• Learn about the enterprise training business• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by developing a formal territory plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities
• Educate customers and potential customers about ReadyTech products and services
• Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings with prospects and clients
• Manage leads through to a successful closing
• Respond to questions and inquiries quickly and effectively
• Build and maintain long term relationships with customers
• Provide ongoing account management
• Provide excellent customer service
• Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
• Adopt the company's selling methodology
• Utilize research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients

Requirements Account Manager/Sales Representative French and German speaking

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in sales
• Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
• A strong work ethic and impeccable character
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong skills working with Excel, PowerPoint,

Salary +/- €3200 gross per month
