Job Summary:
For our Eindhoven office we are looking for Customer Service representative. Together with the Customer support role, you will also have to manage actions to achieve committed service levels. Most of communications towards customers is to the project managers by emails and phone (<15%).

Under general supervision, you use your skills gained through training and experience to provide customer and service delivery service, sales, or administrative support within an assigned customer account(s).

As we are international aligning with our customers, bilingual language skills are a necessity. Therefore, you are familiar with one these combined languages on B2+ level:
Or and French or and German or and Spanish, two of the three.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Customer interaction to create and manage orders in ERP system
  • Provides timely and accurate product knowledge requests
  • Reporting back to customer of our performance
  • Follow up the deliveries
  • Regular analysing the current order status and forecast the performance and take necessary action with operational team to maximize performance
  • Managing information of all financial flows (purchase orders, invoices, payments etc.)
  • Attending quarterly reviews with customer along with Sales/Account manager (some travel can be required)
  • Arranges customer meetings, visits, and events.
  • Provides general administrative support.


Knowledge Requirements:

  • General understanding of cross-functional matrix organization and ability to learn where to go for help.
  • Good understanding of Excel.
  • Proficient computer skills on presentation applications required. Working knowledge of relational database applications helpful.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and/or accounting fundamentals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems collecting data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor (HBO)/University Bachelor/Master (WO) (diploma)
  • +one (1) year work-related experience required
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training
  • Combined bilingual skills or and French or and German or and Spanish
