Since 2010, the candidates applying for the vacancies published on the career portal of Together Abroad can simplify the whole process by choosing to use their Linkedin profile instead of the standard CV/ resume.
How to find a job in the Netherlands?
On Wednesday 10 February 2010 we give the first workshop 'How to find the job in the Netherlands' this year. During this workshop you will get a glimpse at the Dutch labor market and new recruitment trends. We will address topics such as: recruitment via social media, which agencies and internet boards you should check to find a job, matching your profile; how to use Boolean logic to enhance your search results, how to improve your CV according to Dutch standards; what kind of contract you should expect; and who to contact for legal assistance. Interview Training
Together Abroad organises the Interview Training on 24/02/2010 in the Hague. In this workshop we will focus on the techniques for successful job interview. We will address topics such as how to prepare for a job interview (includes an interview role-play); how to make a lasting impression; how to dress and behave at an interview, what kind of questions should you expect and how to park them.
