
Job Profile for Technical Support Engineer:
The Technical Support Engineers receive calls from customers of technical products and provides them with technical support regarding their storage devices.
Your main responsibility as Technical Support will be to:
Provide a satisfactory solution to the customer with their technical questions, always trying to exceed the customer’s expectations.
Provide the best customer service in all possible aspects.
Cover the assigned line with the utmost sense of responsibility.
Escalating to 2nd line support when necessary.
Candidate Profile for Technical Support Engineer:
Fluent German/English (both written and verbal). Advanced English is required as this position is within a multinational environment.
Education on MBO level.
Proven Technical Skills
Strong customer focus as you will be dealing with a variety of people from different backgrounds.
Good typing skills.
Basic networking knowledge.
Proven technical skills within a similar role.
Clear communicator.
Good personal organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Team player as you will join a sharp team with a good team spirit.
Knowledge of hardware on a user level.
