Business Development Specialist - Dutch Market
Key duties and responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will gain a good knowledge of the Product Portfolio and develop a high level of sales skills and pipeline building. The focus of this role is the discovery of quality business opportunities to pass on to the sales team. The successful Business Development Executive will progress to the next step in the sales career path, the Account Executive role, after a period of continuous learning, development and target achievement.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business operations.
- Generating leads and opportunities (Through cold and warm campaigns into prospective clients) in the Dutch Market.
- Pipeline Management.
- Collaboration with Country Managers & Field Sales Team.
- Help define business approach for your specific region.
- Leverage business from new and established relationships.
Knowledge & experience
- MUST BE fluent in English and Dutch.
- MUST HAVE Bachelors Degree.
- 3 years or more experience in a Sales/Customer Services or Consultancy background (Ideally within the software industry though not a requirement).
- Highly motivated, Energetic, Self Starter.
- The ability to hold a confident and controlled conversation.
- Methodical and organised approach to work.
