Job Profile for Internal Sales Administrator:

• Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers, warehouses and factories in the Netherlands and Taiwan.
• Create and supervising client orders.
• Carry out sales calls.
• Handle the quotation and sales orders.
• Handle purchase orders and logistical issues.
• Providing product information to (potential) clients.
• Undertake other tasks, duties or responsibilities including but not limited to the above responsibilities.

Candidate Profile for Internal Sales Administrator:

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at a business level.
• HBO diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible attitude, service minded and a fast learner.
• Ability to multi task.
• Self motivated with a ‘can do attitude’.
• Be in possession of a valid driving license.
