Licensee Accountant

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Processing royalty statements and royalty billing.
• Perform periodic contract reviews for all active contracts to ensure royalties recognized during contract period and the invoices raised are correct and identifying adjustments if necessary.
• Ensure all payments are allocated in an accurate and timely manner.
• Preparation of month end reconciliations: AR to GL, Deferred income, cash allocation, withholding tax, credit note report and licensee revenue billing systems.
• Prepare month end Aged debt reports and debt risk.

• MUST Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Degree in Accounting and or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years experience in account receivable position. Exposure to contractual billing and/or revenue analysis preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel, knowledge of financial software (SAP) an advantage.
