OEM Sales Manager

Key duties and responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to manage the sales effort in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and high volume application markets for our client and its affiliates. The position entails responsibility for growth of product sales through a network of manufacturers’ representatives as well as through direct sales account development in the EMEA region.

Brief Job Profile

  • Supporting representatives with product, application and sales expertise.
  • Direct sales calls to support existing and new business opportunities.
  • Identification of detailed customer requirements.
  • Liaison with Engineering and R&D departments to support customer orders and inquiries.

Knowledge & experience

  • A third level qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical).
  • 5+ years technical sales experience preferably within the rupture disk manufacturing or pressure relief devices industry.
  • Self starting, proactive and able to achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent English (fluency in other European languages would be an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
