As an Account Manager you’ll be working mostly from our office in Almere, where you’ll be responsible for achieving your commercial targets for our e-Publisher application. You are a single-point-of-contact for your accounts and responsible for an excellent service towards our customers. You will be responsible for all accounts in the German market and will travel several days per month to Germany by car.

Responsibilities

• Selling e-Publisher application licenses on the German market
• Maintaining relationships with your customers and providing an excellent service
• Achieving independent and team commercial targets
• Diligently handling complaints and achieving high customer satisfaction
• High level negotiating with (potential) customers
• Identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial role
• Experience in New business development (cold calling)
• Excellent written and oral business communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
• German in a native level and fluency in English required (Dutch is a plus)
• Proven commercial insight, tenacity and a professional attitude
• A service-minded approach and perseverance to achieve advanced results
• Demonstrated skills to work with minimal direct supervision or direction
• A flexible and dynamic personality with guts, humor and ambition for career development
• Demonstrated experience and affinity for IT, mobile devices, internet and online applications
• Affinity for online marketing
