Applicant Schools Coordinator for Africa, Europe and the Middle East
Salary: 27,500 - 34,500 Euros gross per year, dependent upon experience
Post holder will support regional IB School Services team and will act as the face of IB regional office to new schools interested in the implementation of IB programmes. Constantly ensuring a high quality service you will guide the schools through the whole application process for IB programmes starting from their initial query about IB and ending with a successful application of the school for one or several IB programmes.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process all school information forms and expression of interest.
- Coordinate and process Applications for Candidacy in the three programmes and IBCC.
- Ensure all documentation and processes regarding applicant school administration adhere to regional office policies and procedures.
- Provide statistics as requested by any department.
- Coordinate, monitor and respond to queries/complaints sent to the regional IB School Services office.
- This position reports to the School Services Authorisation and Evaluation Associate Manager and supports him/her in keeping appropriate systems and processes. At the same time it will be essential for the job holder to show initiative to review existing procedures and to contribute to their continuous optimization.
- Good knowledge of the requirements and processes of the three IB programmes.
- Understanding of the educational world and particularly the IB, an asset.
- Excellent written and oral English AND Spanish language skills. Good knowledge of French would be an asset.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in various contexts, particularly in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work. Excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to access and manage data captured on a variety of IT platforms, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, CRM and web applications.
- Flexibility to perform other duties and demonstrate a high team spirit to achieve team’s goals.
- Valid residence and work permit for The Netherlands (if required).
