• The Credit Collector makes past due collection calls and follows up on the accounts.
• Provides daily assistance to our customers and sales team in The Netherlands as well as in France.
• Solving account discrepancies, giving balance information and updating account status to customers.
• Prepares accounts for collection and follows up on accounts sent to collection agencies.

The ideal candidate has :

• MEAO BE/BA education.
• Practical accounting and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills (Oracle knowledge preferred)
• Must be data driven - must know basic measurements (DSO, past due, portfolio) etc.
• Speaks native German as well as very good English

The job requires a good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.

Two to three years experience in a similar function is desirable.
