Credit Controller
40 hours per week, location Hoofddorp

For our Head office in Scheveningen (The Hague, The Netherlands), we are looking for 2 Credit Controllers, one for the France market and another, more Senior Credit Controller, for the German and Austrian market. The responsibilities of the Credit Controller are administrating and monitoring the Account Receivables, manage the DSO for the specific markets and is primary contact for the business (Sales, Customer Service). Furthermore he/she follows up on outstanding amounts, in order to contribute to a minimum amount of overdue.

Within about 3 months our Head Office will move to Hoofddorp so we are looking for Credit Controllers who are currently residing in/close to Hoofddorp.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Ensure all outstanding monies
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Resolve customer receivable issues, disputes and/or claims
• Set and monitor credit limits with the insurance company
• Prepares accounts for collections and follow up on accounts sent to the collection agency
• Release/hold/cancel orders via the E1 system
• Share methods of improving performance and business efficiency

• Community College level degree (MBO)/HBO/Bachelor degree
• At least 1 year experience in Finance or in a Credit Collection Environment
• Good understanding of the computer system E1
• Accurate and attention to detail
• Self-motivating, strong and flexible personality
• Native French and fluent in English or Native German and fluent in English (both verbal and written)
