For a fast growing international company we are looking for an Customer Service Representative. You can start immediately.
Main tasks & responsibilities
• Accountable for providing a high level of response to the customers of our clients.
• Ensures that all communication with customer is within the guidelines of the client.
• Follows prescribed problem resolution procedures.
• Handles customer’s queries arising from the clients products.
• Ensures that cases and calls are logged in accordance with the Data Quality guidelines.
• Ensures that all data is collected accurately.
• Ensures that service levels are achieved as communicated by the Account Manager.
• Previous experience of working in a Customer Contact environment.
• Experience with Internet and related software.
• Communicates in one of the native languages (Finnish, Swedish, French, English or German) and English fluently in both written and verbal.
• Affinity with e-commerce / sales / after sales.
• Keen interest in telecom or sports
• Basic technical knowledge regarding computer usage.
• A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel.
• A salary between € 1550 and €1800 (gross) based on 40 hours per week.
• 6 month definite contracts for at least 20 hours per week, and on the long run even indefinite contracts.
• 24/7 free public transport travel card to explore the Netherlands by bus, train, tram and metro. The value of this card is € 500 per month.
