- To assist staff in resolving any day-to-day operational and/or commercial issue or other customer related issue which cannot be handled fully by assigned staff
- To ensure that jobs for customers are performed in line with quotations prepared and to identify opportunities to improve, maximize service levels
- To ensure that staff is supported in a ongoing development at all times
- To closely monitor and regularly review processes in in place in the Short Sea/Deep Sea department to determine opportunities for improvement
- To ensure that reliable information is passed on to operation teams in all offices to warrant that transportation orders are executed as effectively as possible
- To supervise that any services performed are invoiced timely and correctly
- Excellent knowledge of the Russian and English language (oral and written)
- Indepth knowledge of shipping and/or logistic processes, work experience within a logistic company is a must
- At least 5 years work experience in a Customer Service role
- Team Leader Management skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
Please note that you need to have a valid work permit for this position and that you need to live in the Netherlands (preferable area Rotterdam).
