Job profile European recruiter

We are looking for a talented, dynamic recruiter for our European Recruitment Team.
The recruiter will manage the recruiting process for Europe for sales and supporting positions. This includes sourcing candidates through multiple channels, administering assessment tests, conducting phone interviews to identify qualified candidates and partnering with branches throughout the staffing process. The Recruiter’s staffing activities will include posting positions on various job boards, building branch and campus relationships.

Responsibilities:


•Manage recruiting process by interviewing, assessing candidates and maintaining candidate pool.
•Use creative methods to develop sources for candidates using multiple tools.
•Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
•Consult and train hiring managers and branch reps/interviewers on hiring process.
•Build relationships to strengthen the partnership between the branch network and recruiting.
•Develop and manage creative marketing efforts at campuses within specified region.
•Ensure that data is entered correctly into the applicant tracking system.

Requirements European recruiter

•Bachelor's degree
•Fluency in English, additional European languages are an asset
•+2 years experience in hiring customer service/sales profiles
•Team player, comfortable in working within decentralized, multi-site organization
•Strong interpersonal & influencing listening skills
•Excellent verbal, written and presentation/communication skills
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment
•Work with minimal supervision and respond well to interruptions
•Reliable and Responsible
