
In this position you will assist our customers in the DACH region. They are a central contact point and interface between the daily operations and customer sales representatives, our Logistics Center and the technical department.
• Support and management of key accounts
• tender preparation and tracking
• Project monitoring and tracking
• Provision of Price and availability information to customers
• Customer Care and Service
• Representation of the Key Account Manager
• Preparation of sales data
• Maintenance of customer database
• Provide all necessary information for the customer
• Experience in customer care / service / inside sales, ideally in the automation
• Experience in business-to-business environment to identify and qualify new business
• Knowledge of CRM databases, ideally Siebel
• Experience in building successful, long-term business
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Naive level German and fluent English
