Inside Sales Supervisor

Job profile Inside Sales Supervisor

  • Manage a team of professional telesales representatives to ensure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs are met;
  • Coach and mentor members of the team in best practices of the company;
  • Train the team in how to achieve best sales results, leading by example;
  • Handle management reporting on personal and team target results;
  • To sell the products, solutions and services by placing outbound customer calls and by responding to inbound customer calls, in order to achieve Revenue and Sales targets;
  • Establish customer relationships, manage expectations and enhance the customer experience to ensure consistent customer contact is achieved through following agreed service levels and productivity metrics;
  • Build solid understanding of customers’ business practices and functions, aligning the products/services according to customer needs;
  • Measure and communicate progress within the portfolio monthly, through accurate and timely reporting and forecasting;
  • Ensure that all pertinent data is encoded into company’s CRM system (companies, contacts, contact data, type of contracts, account summary, etc.);
  • Ongoing liaison with Tele Sales Team Leader and supporting staff to maximise new or cross-selling business opportunities.

Requirements Inside Sales Supervisor

  • Minimum 12 months telesales supervisor / mentoring experience in a B2B environment with previous experience demonstrating consistent individual over-achievement;
  • Excellent telephone manner and general communication skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels within organizations;
  • Strong leadership skills and a leading by example mentality;
  • Must be prepared to also do telesales 50% of the time and work to own targets as well as achieving team deliverables;
  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English is essential; French would be a plus;
  • High levels of drive and energy, with a strong attention to detail;
  • Experience working in an international software environment would be a huge advantage;
  • Results oriented; ability to work to targets;
  • Demonstration of proven leadership skills is essential.

Inside Sales Supervisor ROTTERDAM –START DEC/JAN


BASE SALARY + SALES COMMISION + BONUS


We are looking for a hands on telesales supervisor who will lead the current team by example. As well as leading the team they will also promote, stimulate and sell the complete range of products and solutions to an existing client base (customers & prospects), by achieving required productivity metrics, customer survey levels and execution of service plan targets.


You will need to coach and mentor more junior members of the team to achieve their set KPI targets in addition to working to the set supervisor targets. It is your responsibility to ensure that the revenue pipeline is built and processed on a monthly basis.
