We are looking for 2 individuals, one to be based in Windsor, the other in either Utrecht, Netherlands or Antwerp, Belgium. Candidates wishing to be considered for the Benelux roles must be fluent in Dutch. French would also be an advantage.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Follow up phone calls after Account Executives have visited client companies within an agreed timeframe

• Cold Calls and appointment setting for the Account Executives

• Providing leads for the Account Executive team

• Marketing follow up – corporate mailers, candidate marketing

• Attendance at trade shows

• Market evaluation work

• Representing Lab Support’s professionalism and unique service to the highest degree possible

The ideal candidates will have either a scientific-based degree (or equivalent) in chemical, biological or food sciences. Applicants from a business background with an proven interest in science would also be considered. Previous experience in a recruitment or sales environment would be an advantage although full training will be given so this is not essential. The successful candidate will be an energetic, detail-oriented, organised individual with the ability to prioritise and efficiently handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to work well and effectively with others is a must!
