Candidates for these services should have the following skills, background and experience:

• Good knowledge of software analysis, OO modeling & design, UML, testing and development
• Excellent knowledge of Java, Swing, XML, XSL, Eclipse, J2EE
• Experience with development of Java desktop applications on Windows 2000/XP or Linux.
• Experience with test automation, JUnit and SQL programming
• Knowledge of Spring, Maven
• Good communication skills in English, and the ability to write clear technical documentation
• Team worker who is willing to take initiative and responsibility
• Ability to express oneself clearly both orally and in writing in English
