What you will be doing
In addition to its existing NETQ PRO software NETQ GROW, NETQ has recently launched a more intuitive version of its survey software. With this step we are focussing mainly on SMEs and the consumer market for worldwide survey software. We sell this product almost exclusively online. As an Inside Sales Professional you will be responsible for the successful follow-ups of inbound leads from potential and existing users. For the user, you will be the person behind our online business process; you will advise the user about our products with the aim of selling our software licenses. To achieve this, it is essential to be independent, result-oriented and client-friendly, and to have a proactive attitude.


Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for realising the monthly turnover targets and for customer satisfaction. You follow incoming leads from potential and existing customers (no outbound canvassing) and handle functional (no technical) products and survey questions and problems posed by users. You do this by means of telephone and e-mail contact with customers. Additionally, you will monitor the progress and quality of on-going customer projects and the handling of customer requests. Finally, you will cooperate in the development of effective online self-help tools for customers.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a candidate who has minimally completed an MBO track (intermediate vocational education) and is result-oriented. The ideal candidate has at least 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably with online products and services in a commercial position. A starting HBO graduate (higher vocational education) with the relevant training can also fit this profile. You have a proactive and pragmatic approach and a result-oriented
The position is required only 1-2 years of experience and German language, so it can be a good start for a bigginer in marketing/sales!
