
Position summary
The Customer Service representative’s prime responsibility is to ensure that our company is performing at the highest level possible in relation to the customers’ needs.
This position will involve following :
This position is primary interface between our client and the customers. As such, it must represent the company in a very positive and responsive manner. Order entry and processing and answering the phones are priorities but the position is not confined to these activities. The customer service representative is expected to take the initiative and will also be resolving customers related issues, interfacing as needed with internal personal such as Sales representative, Invoice and Accounting department, IT department to ensure an efficient and rewarding relationship with our customers.
The customers may ask questions about orders received, orders sent, about their invoices and clearing or tools we are using like bring on line or web hosting for example.
The customer service representative is the customer’s contact in the company and should look for the answers to all questions and communicate them as fast as possible.
