Main Responsibilities:
- Create, champion and deploy new online traffic generating programs.
- Optimise the performance of, and develop, test and deploy new tactics within, existing traffic generating programs, including:
- Paid Search
- SEO / Link building
- Display Advertising
- Media Mix modelling
- Remarketing / Retargeting (in conjunction with Testing/Targeting Manager)
- Create and write business requirements for new marketing and product promotion elements in the websites that will improve the effectiveness of the channel.
- Generate increased volumes of higher quality traffic into all websites through creation of new programs & optimisation of existing initiatives across all markets.
- Work with Marcoms and Sales teams to ensure consistency of campaign activity on and offline.
- Monitor the output of local online team’s marketing and give guidance for improvements where needed.
- Work to develop online specific campaigns and campaign materials.
- Work with Agencies, POM team and local online teams to improve the online customer experience with the objective of converting more visitors into clients.
- Managing relationships with external networks, tools and suppliers.
