
Quality control aims to ensure that the products are fit for its purpose and meets customer expectations. A quality control manager co-ordinates the activities required to meet this aim.
The Quality Control Manager (he or she) monitors on how the quality management system is performing and liaise with staff throughout the organization to ensure that the Quality system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, the Quality Control Manager advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.
Since maintaining quality demands constant change to meet customer expectations, Quality Control Manager employ a variety of measures to place quality at the heart of our organization: the factory. These include management systems such as ISO 9000, and methodologies such as Continuous Improvement.
This position is situated in the south of the Netherlands (Eindhoven area) and it is a must for the candidate to be able to speak near native German.
