ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Phone screen and interview potential applicants.

• Matching candidates with clients to fulfil their recruiting needs

• Managing key accounts, including employee management

• Follow up potential Lab Support candidates from referrals, job fairs and company/client- sponsored events.

• Managing quality service through follow-up calls and resolving ad-hoc issues. • Generate and actively recruit referrals from current and former Lab Support employees and candidates

• Contributing to overall market growth by: - Delivering quality service to all clients and employees - Communicating with local and Corporate Operations team members on issues and schedules - Representing Lab Support’s professionalism and unique service to the highest degree possible

• General ad-hoc branch assistance including answering phones, filing and candidate follow up.

• A scientific-based degree (or equivalent) in chemical, biological or food sciences.

• Previous experience in a recruitment environment is desirable although not essential.

• Must be an energetic, detail-oriented, organised, with the ability to prioritise and efficiently to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; including a demonstrated ability to work well and effectively with others.
