Do you have extensive experience with sales forecasting and planning? Are you a native Dutch speaker?

In this role you are responsible and accountable for the forecasting processes. You will work in cooperation with the sales operations teams within the Benelux and internationally.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

* Drive sales coordination in order to achieve agreed sales and inventory targets both in units and value in the Benelux;
* Prepare weekly reports that summarize and review sales in units/euro compared to stock-on-hand. Calculate penetration, rate-of-sale and turn at the SKU and style level;
* Prepare projections of future sales to the SKU, style, group and brand levels in units and currencies (Euros);
* Relay final buy information to sales force and appropriate international groups;
* Act as liaison between brand and IT department to formulate necessary system reporting;
* Monitor system and reports for potential issues, research and assist IT department with resolution;
* Verify report information. Weekly inventory reports and various reports run as requested.

Distributions:

* Place approved purchase orders;
* Maintain accuracy of PO placement, ensure correct information flow and check/adjust order scheduling;
* Participate in monthly inventory review with the brands to support the company’s liquidation needs;
* Establish effective flow of goods for key account orders and special make ups;
* Assist senior managers in with unscheduled orders and resolve unscheduled orders discovered;
* Work with 3PL’s to identify and resolve any shipping errors.

Merchandise Planning:

* Project quantities needed in basic merchandise for future deliveries by SKU, style and brand;
* Support the development of merchandise sales and stock plans for current deliveries and future. Measure against that plan;
* Communicate with wholesale merchandising team regarding their needs and customer trends.

* HBO+
* 5+ years experience in inventory control and management;
* Experience in footwear or fashion brands;
* Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel knowledge and advanced PowerPoint knowledge;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Must be able to communicate in both English and Dutch.
