• Lead/Manage Technical Teams;
• Lead volume and performance project;
• Lead architecture design/consultancy projects;
• Implementation of new Oracle Retail environments;
• Environment management;
• Release management.

• Degree in IT;
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of production support experience in supporting large databases in oracle on Unix platforms;
• Prior experience in supporting databases under AIX, HP-UX or Linux is a must;
• Backup and recovery using RMAN tool is a must;
• Use of export and import utilities;
• Experience in installing oracle software and patching.
• Database upgrade/migration;
• Unix administration for DBA's;
• UNIX shell scripting;
• SQL, PL/SQL and pro*c tuning techniques;
• Database advanced tuning strategies;
• Using performance tools;
• Should have a good communication, customer facing and relationship building skills;
• Advanced skills on SQL and PL/SQL;
• Read and understand pro*c complex modules;
• Management of the database's storage structure;
• Exposure to incident management and changemanagement process and tools is preferred;
• Have participated on at the least one large performance project;
• OCP certification would be valued.
