Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service with the least cost to the corporation. The Back Office person is responsible for controlling the flow of orders and communication from the moment forecast is entered by the affiliate/regional office until the moment it arrives at customer.
The Customer Service Back Office team is responsible for the smooth cooperation between the various parties as of when the order is submitted to the Third Party Warehouse till arrival at the customer. This includes controlling the flow of communications between VLOG, warehousing and forwarders and all pre-delivery activities such as track and trace and documentation.

• Manage the pre-shipment documentation.
• Make sure deliveries are shipped on time and in full
• Set up and maintain Customer Profiles.
• Be the primary source for Customer related information for our 3PL
• Be the primary source of delivery related information for affiliates and/or regional offices
• Be the primary source of delivery related information for our clients Supply Chain
• Educate affiliates in the area of systems and processes and drive for standardization• Review key performance indicators regularly, identify opportunities to improve performance, and execute implementation of improvements • Regular contact with third party warehouses regarding deliveries, booking of freight, special Customer requests and improvement projects.
• Regular contact with VLOG Finance; GTC and Quality Assurance

Requirements Back office Customer Support speaking fluent level English with SAP Experience

Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Logistics or Business Studies;
• Experience in a Customer Service role or equivalent;• Networking skills, to create the networks needed to leverage on and improve business processes across the supply chain;
• Strong analytical skills for KPI analyses, demand and business analysis and process improvements;• Effective written and verbal communication skills, to facilitate information flows across internal and external supply chain partners;• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills are required to ensure timely and effective solutions to Customer Service issues;• Innovative skills and initiative to identify and implement business process improvements and strive for creative supply chain solutions;• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely delivery of product and communication throughout the supply chain;• High accuracy and strong communication skills are required to achieve flawless execution of the forecast to order processes;• Strong leadership, team building, project management and communication skills are required to provide direction to Customer Service Department and Affiliate counterparts;• Strong distribution, transportation, systems knowledge and analytical skills to assist team members in determining parameters, strategies and developing enhancements;
