- Bachelor degree, master degree is a plus
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in digital advertising space as sales manager and be able to demonstrate strong existing relationships in the space
- Identify, penetrate, set up and grow new verticals and GEO’s with our advertising disciplines
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key online metrics –CPI, CPA, CPM, CPC
- A good knowledge of ad serving technology and/or behavioral targeting technology
- Good technical understanding of ad operations, but not required to have a technical background
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, international and innovative environment
- Result driven and a strong ambition to succeed
- Fluency in English

The company is located in the heart of city and looking for talent in the mobile/online industry. we are specialized in App install, mobile content, gaming and more and distribute them via our Display, Social, Search and network channels.

We are looking for a BD Manager to:

- Acquire key advertisers (CPI/CPA)
- Negotiate changes to terms and conditions of contracts
- Act as a consultant to your partners providing market-specific advice and global best practices
- Where applicable liaise with international colleagues for global partnerships
