Your main activities will consist handling incoming and outgoing customer calls. You will, by using different conversation techniques, respond to the customer questions according to the stated quality requirements. You will be trained in different ways to make sure you will find the perfect balance between commerce and customer service. You will work in a small team with enthusiastic and fun colleagues.

Who are you?

You are a spontaneous person with excellent oral and written communication/listening skills in German and English and/or Dutch as well as excellent customer service skills. You have the ability to remain patient, empathic and tactful. Besides the ability to work effectively in a team you are also able to work well independently. Furthermore, you have the ability o signal and utilize sales opportunities.
