DREAM CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be an analytically strong person interested in business development in a broad sense of the word, and cares deeply about topline growth and the development of our business portfolio. There is a vast amount of opportunities in developing our revenue model, and in figuring out how we work with our restaurant partners, ranging from how we set up our contractual relationships with them, to what insights we can provide to restaurants to help them grow and thrive.
JOB DESCRIPTION

The company is a venture-funded technology startup. We are rapidly developing new products with one aim in mind; “To build the digital platform for discovering and getting great food.” We are currently in several countries across Europe and plan on expanding further given the success we have found in our existing markets. If you want to be a part of this journey, and possess a passion for technology and for food, then Wolt is the place for you!

About Operations:
The Operations Team consist of two parts: the city teams, and central operations. The city teams across our locations are the heart and soul of the company. Every team is a startup within a startup, aiming to provide the best possible service for our customers while growing our business. The central operations team on the other hand, is a task force within Wolt that helps our city teams’ business grow and scale. The team helps drive long-term strategy, scalable processes, and a sustainable business model across our entire base of operations.

If you are an analytical and creative problem solver, like moving in the fast lane and thrive in a dynamic environment where you are proactive and figure out what to do rather than wait to be told what to do then central operations is the place for you!
