Customer Master Data Coordinator
Uithoorn, the Netherlands

Key responsibilities
As a Customer Master Data coordinator you are responsible to perform with the highest level of quality, ensuring an up-to-date and complete customer administration, managing all customer, product, contract and pricing data in our systems (ERP, CRM, MS Office), facilitating a smooth order entry and invoicing process for your colleagues. In order to be successful in the job, you seek daily contact with internal departments, such as Sales, Supply Chain, Lab and other affiliates and you don’t hesitate to face challenges and provide solutions. Next to this, by coordinating the collection and preparation of various key (sales) documentation and approvals, you contribute to the common Customer Service objective of meeting and even exceeding customer demands and needs.

Requirements Customer Master Data Coordinator

Background and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of the English language, preferably Dutch and /or another European language.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably 2-4 years of experience in an equivalent position in an international environment.
  • Customer-oriented, both internally and externally.
  • Great at team work.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Is a self-starter, highly accurate in managing data and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software suite and ERP / database systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - must be able to effectively communicate with colleagues verbally and through email or written communications.
