As Customer Relationship Coordinator you are responsible for serving a defined group of industrial customers by managing a commercial relationship. By working closely with other departments within the company (logistics, sales, HSSE, finance and other) you ensure that the full range of services is provided to your customers. Together with the Account Executive, you form a well functioning Customer Team.

In the role of CRC your responsibilities are:
• Act as first point of contact for processed orders, queries and complaints, including order capture,
commitment to orders, resolution of obstacles to commitment, order amendments, invoicing, cash
collection, managing complaints, indirect tax and export related issues;
• Keeping customer master data up to date, in system and in files;
• Making sure that control, legal and fiscal requirements are met and that evidences/ authorizations
are kept for audit purpose;
• Liaising with haulers, transport and supply coordinators, and supply points to ensure the customer
orders are fulfilled safely, satisfactorily and problems are resolved efficiently and timely;
• You occasionally manage stock levels at customer sites, either as consignment stock or through a
supplier managed inventory system;
• Having ownership over the cash collection process;
• Proactively ensure credit issues are resolved with support from the credit organization;
• Run the receivables processes smoothly and overdue payments collected effectively, without
risking the relationship with customers;
• Working with e- Commerce tools, you assist customers with questions concerning these tools and
actively promote e-Commerce.

Requirements Customer Relationship Coordinator English & Dutch speaker.

• 2-3 years of experience in a business-to-business customer service role;
• Excellent Dutch and English speaker; 3rd language would be a strong advantage;
• Able to build and maintain customer intimacy, mainly by telephone;
• Provide differentiated services to segmented customers;
• Respect for different cultures in order to maintain a 'local touch' for customers served from a
customer center typically outside their country;
• Take an active part in contributing to best practice sharing within customer centers;
• Team player;
• Well organized and able to multitask and set priorities.
