We are looking for a temporary office manager during August for our client working with high-end audio products (full-time).

Responsibilities:
o Acting as front desk for all incoming calls and visitors
o Arranging appointments and coordinating the departmental calendar
o Making hotel- and/or travel reservations, including booking of flights
o Coordinate the office suppliers
o Assist the HR Director in all Facilities matters
o Organizing meetings and initiates and monitor actions related to these meetings
o Further administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma in Office Support (e.g. Schoevers, MBO Secretarieel)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluency (written & spoken) in both English and Dutch
• Knowledge of MS Office and phone dispatch
• Representative, energetic and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You live in or around Amsterdam



The offer:
Next to a monthly salary of 1800-1900€ gross (plus travel cost compensation), you will have the opportunity to get to know a global player in audio systems and to be working in an international team in Amsterdam-Zuidoost.
