Customer Service Representative (Dutch & English or French & English) Fulltime

As a Customer Service Representative within the CS team, you maintain and steer all order operations and liaise with adjacent departments to fulfil customer’s expectations of being supplied reliably. You are the first point of contact for our customers for all their enquiries on their orders and status and stock situation. This includes also services for the need of product forms (like COA, REACH, SDS etc.) or other topics when customers need assistance.

You also act as primary interface with Planning, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics. Purchasing and Finance in order to serve the assigned customers in the most efficient and effective way and coordinate complaint handling with Sales for price corrections, with Logistics for transport complaints and Quality/Tech. Service for product quality related issues. Finally, you actively you participate in internal and external audits.

This is what you bring
• Minimum bachelor's degree required or other equivalent
• Previous experience (at least two years) in Customer Service and/or Customer Service Administration is preferred
• Understanding of master data concepts and process handling in the process chains L2O and O2C
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English written and verbal
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Office Word/Excel, SAP, SalesForce)
• You are eligible to work in the EU and reside in the Netherlands
