Job description• The CSR is the primary contact for the customers by phone and email. All activities are to be executed in an efficient and friendly manner to the satisfaction of our customer within the policies. • Management of open orders; communicate delays to customers, follow up on due and overdue orders internally with traffic and materials management.
• Phone duty; answer to telephone calls assuring the highest possible availability on the phone.
• The goal is that you always approach their clients in a professional, personal and in a nice way

• You have excellent communicative skills on the phone and by email
• You are enthusiastic and client focused
• You have a native level of the German language, preferable combined with other languages
• Direct and fulltime available
• Living within 45 minutes from Amersfoort Central Station

Our client, an international company in Amersfoort, is currently looking to hire a customer service representative for their German clients. They are looking for someone who can start straight away and who has a customer focused mindset.

Offered:Depending on experience and language skills, the salary will be between €1750,- and €1950,- gross a month based on a fulltime position. You will be trained and guided on the job.
