We are looking for a customer-oriented colleague who supports our customers with a positive mentality. You deal with customers in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

At the start, you will be given a familiarisation period in which we will teach you the tricks of the trade. In addition to speaking well to customers, you also learn our trade, international business and how we serve a diversity of business customers.

You communicate positively with customers and advise them proactively in the field of logistics. In addition, you work well with all colleagues, and you provide constructive feedback so that we create a positive working environment. You also contribute to the high quality of customer service that makes our customers happy, and you like to think along in improving processes.

It will help you if you can think logically and are a team player. With a positive and motivated attitude, you are committed to solving the various logistical problems for customers. And don't you know something? No problem, you can always ask a colleague.

We work with our own built systems that are truly unique. So quickly recognising relationships in data, knowing where to find information and registering it properly ensures that you will be successful in this position.

What do we offer you?

You will receive a salary that starts from 2,350 euros. This depends on your knowledge, age, and experience with 8% holiday allowance, 24 holiday days and a very good pension plan. We work during normal office hours, and you never have to work overtime. Just finishing something, if needed before you go home, is appreciated.

If you want to develop yourself on personal skills and knowledge, we stimulate this through internal or external coaching and/or courses. Keep in mind that this must relate to what we do. So, unfortunately, a knitting course is not included.
