Currently they are looking for proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic customer specialists for an allround role in their office Nieuw Vennep.

This role is fulltime, 32 hours is also possible. You will be offered a contract directly with our client.
The salary is €2200-€2400 gross per month and based on your experience.
In your role you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer care and account management in 3 languages: German, English and Dutch.
- Answer inbound phone calls & emails and follow the applicable administrative processes that comes with it
- Ensuring optimal level of customer satisfaction
- Advising international key accounts on product development, product modifications & deliveries
- Liaising with different departments such as production, planning, quality, sales in order to create the best customer journey possible
- Visiting clients (car manufacturers) together with your colleagues in sales and area management
- You have affinity with the automotive industry, or with cars
- You have a Bachelor level degree
- You speak German, English and Dutch on a fluent level (all three languages)
- You have a proven experience in a customer care environment
- As a person you are customer and solution oriented with a great focus on service and quality.
