As a Customer Service Representative,

  • You will have to build and manage good relations with suppliers and distributors
  • You will be responsible for providing adequate advice and information regarding the company's products
  • Main part of your role is to ensure the provision of high quality customer service at all times
  • You have to issue quotations and check on the processes that follow
  • Other coordination, support and ad hock responsibilities

Job requirements Customer Support Representative | English native

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an international environment
  • Experience within the B2B customer service area is highly desired
  • Native level of English is a must (both written and spoken)
  • Should have high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize among several complex task and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Flexible, fast-learning and able to work well in a fast-paste environment
  • You are proactive, like to take your own initiative and have excellent organizational skills
