Are you looking for a challenging experience in a growing company in a Customer Service/Sales Support role?

Our client, an international company based in Hoofddorp, is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative to support the sales team and ensuring a high-quality customer service.
You will be responsible for the front line contact with external customers and sales management and for processing customers' purchase orders from receipt to delivery.

Your main responsibilities:

  • processing orders, providing price information, determine appropriate shipping methods and ship dates
  • providing great customer service experience with strong product knowledge and specifications
  • managing incoming requests, create proposals and complete quotes
  • building and maintain a strong relationship with customers with frequent and professional communications
  • coordinating with warehouse and supply chain team in order to manage the inventory and ensure on-time and in full deliveries
  • Pro-active informing of customers with regard to the status of their orders
  • preparing reports to help support business objectives (e.g. back orders, customer complaints)
  • solving problems and identifying potential issues, providing technical troubleshooting
  • Providing input with regard to the improvement of procedures and working methods


The company offer you a first contract of one year and a competitive salary.

Job requirements Customer support/Sales support | Italian French Dutch

  • two years minimum of experience in customer service, order management and account management
  • experience with B-to-B or enterprise customers
  • fluency in English, Italian and French (spoken and written)
  • fluency in Dutch is a strong plus
  • qualifications at an MBO/ HBO level
  • ability to prepare reports in Excel
  • domestic and international transportation knowledge
  • pro-active approach, customer-focused, result-oriented
  • strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
