We are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to support French, Belgian, Dutch and Swiss markets for our client, a large international fashion player with more than 230 shops based globally. For their headquarters based in Utrecht, they are looking for a colleague who enjoys working with internal and external clients, following up on questions, troubleshooting and making sure the client is happy with the services provided. On a daily basis you will be responsible for a large diversity of tasks, which will motivate and trigger you to develop further. Among many, you will:

  • Manage all questions and enquiries related to orders, promo codes, eCommerce, returns coming from the customers
  • Serve as main point of contact for French and Dutch speaking shop staff members
  • Solve questions regarding cash desk, extra orders, administrative matters, logistic arrangements for the shop staff
  • Ensure to maintain strong client relationships and make the client is satisfied after solving the matter
  • Timely forward the issue to the Tier II expert, if questions cannot be solved by yourself
  • Take part in any other projects related to the customer service

Job requirements Customer Support Specialist - French & Dutch (24 hours)

  • At least 1-2 years of experience with customer service, preferably in a Hospitality or Business-to-Customer environment
  • Fluency in French and Dutch (both written and spoken); good understanding of English is expected
  • Self-starter able to work independently and with high level of accuracy
  • Service-mindedness and strive to achieve high-quality account management
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Fun colleague to work with

Additional information Customer Support Specialist - French & Dutch (24 hours)

You will be offered a direct contract for a long-term period, with a competitive salary package, pension & health insurance agreement and coverage of transportation costs.
