As an Employee Content & Customer Service Denmark you will work together with your colleagues in our German office, each having their own specialism in the field of being a buyer and sales in glamping vacations. Your specialism concerns the Danish content and customer service. Therefore your speaking and writing in Danish is excellent. English knowledge is must. German is plus.
Your role in Vacanceselect
You will maintain and create all kind of content such as content for our websites, our social media channels and newsletter. In addition you will handle, register and answer telephone, e-mail and complaint requests. Also you will enter, manage and report information. A versatile and challenging role! Within this role you are being trained and supported by your colleagues in Germany and in the Netherlands.
Requirements Danish Employee Customer Service & Sales
- You have a commercial thinking and preferably a few years of work experience in content management and/or working at Customer Service
- You are a Danish native speaker or went to school in Denmark.
- You are capable to quickly acquire new work and make it your own.
- You are customer oriented
- You have strong communication skills
- You are a team player
- You have eye for commerce.
