French speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Uithoorn, the Netherlands

Key responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact for our customers. You are responsible for handling customer orders, sales requests and service related queries. You have daily contact with customers, internal departments (Planning and Shipping departments amongst others) and affiliates to handle these in an efficient and expeditious manner. By coordinating and updating our customer/resource/pricing system you maintain a complete customer administration. With support from other departments, you collect, prepare and send various documentation to customers. Your objective is the realization of optimal sales and customer support.

Requirements French speaking Customer Service Representative

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of French and English, preferably Dutch.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably 2-4 years of experience in an equivalent position in an international environment.
  • Customer-oriented, both internally and externally.
  • Great at team work.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software suite and ERP / database systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - must be able to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues verbally and through email or written communications.

You will be part of the customer service group based in the Netherlands, which consists of one manager, two team leaders, 18 customer service representatives and three billing associates.
