Key responsibilities
•Drive direct sales strategy globally
•Steer on core KPI such as MRR, CAC and sales effectiveness
•Work with our CEO and Head of Ops to set targets, develop strategies, and deep dive into processes
•Take ownership of international sales team of +15 FTE, leverage their skills, and accelerate performance to success
•Create right environment to grow, learn, compete and strive as a team
•Generate impact with key prospects, negotiate empathically, close with focus
