For our client, a global market leader in the technology field, we are currently looking for a HR Services Specialist.

This position requires an action oriented professional, who will be primarily responsible for managing in-country operational activities in partnership with the HR Services Europe Delivery Centre team. The ideal candidate will possess great attention to detail, administrative experience and exceptional customer service, while ensuring the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of the data. To be successful in this role, the individual in this position will need to excel at: ability to work independently and in a time pressured environment, attention to detail, customer service, analytical problem solving, communications, and continuous improvement.

  • Role is to perform HR Services local actions to support operational activities in the employee hire to retire lifecycle. These activities may be due to hard copy
  • Manage and respond to employee HR inquiries through AskHR/CRM relating to benefits administration, employee data, HR processes, systems, employment verifications and general HR related inquiries in time per HR Services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Processing incoming and outgoing hard-copy mail, where appropriate in line with current operational processes
  • Partner with the Europe Delivery Centre Data Management team in executing local administrative actions related to HR processes such as, but not limited to, processing local paperwork, liaising with 3rd party government agencies
  • Recommend solutions to process failings from a local perspective and contribute to the continuous improvement process in partnership with the regional functional leads
  • Continuously strive to gain customer satisfaction and minimize complaints on the delivery of HR Services
  • Ensuring compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a HR Operations position
  • Delivery against HR Services KPIs is a key performance measure
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to apply judgment to address customer root needs; includes asking targeted questions
  • Must have strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
  • Possess initiative & drive; with strong desire to continuously improve processes & deliver against agreed objectives/ service levels
  • Ability to make decisions that impact customer service levels with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team and willingness to help others
  • Strong analytical, problem solving & trouble shooting skills, as well as a desire and attitude to go above and beyond in resolving issues
  • Ability to work with/manage documents on a SharePoint is desirable.
  • Native Dutch speaker with excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to respond to customer queries
