Are you looking for an opportunity to work within an HR department of an international company? Our client is currently looking for a new HR Specialist to join their HR team and provide all needed support and assistance. The Human Resource department has a wide range of responsibilities and handles all employee-related matters. They are in charge of the recruitment, all expatriate procedures and international matters. You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager Benelux.   • You will be providing all needed support to the HR managers
  • Providing HR administrative support such as drafting employee contracts, maintaining personnel files
  • Registering absences, sickness leave, maternity etc.
  • Preparing and reporting monthly payrolling in a efficient and accurate manner
  • Ensuring that all employees documentation is updated and in accordance with local law regulations
  • Handling personnel administration (salary, retirement pension, health care) and take care of ill-reports

Job requirements HR Specialist- fluent Dutch & French

The Ideal candidate has the following profile:

  • A Bachelor degree in HRM, Business Administration or other relevant field of studies
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative position, preferably in the retail business
  • Previous working experience with payroll is a must
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced, international environment
  • Self-starter with proactive approach and hands-on attitude
  • Should be able to adapt easily to changes in the environment
  • Superior communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Fluent language skills in English, Dutch and French ( both written and spoken) are essential for the position
