As the Inside Sales Representative, you are a crucial part of our commercial sales organization. In this role, you drive company sales by continually identifying new leads and sales opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships through digital communication channels and phone. As the Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for developing sales pipelines individually, as well as partnering strongly with field sales colleagues towards achieving the individual as well as EMEA sales goals. Depending on the market strategy, you will cover the entire product portfolio from Injectors, Contrast Media to Consumables, and Digital Solutions.

This is a great opportunity, to build up a new function by bringing in your own ideas and experience. We are looking for candidates covering one or more regions: Poland, Switzerland, Netherlands, Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Selling and promoting Bayer’s entire Radiology product portfolio and services.
• Collaborating with the respective Key Account Manager(s) to achieve country sales targets
• Responsible for individual sales targets by meeting KPIs and providing goal settings and action plans
• Accountable for building up own pipeline and managing sales funnel effectively along the sales cycle. Providing forecast based on healthy pipeline management
• Leveraging existing customer base by setting up account plans and identifying and cross-sell opportunities in alignment with country strategies
• Taking responsibility for the entire sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales activities
• Maintaining and documenting daily operative sales activities in respective CRM tool
• Supporting country market strategies and participating in EMEA outbound marketing campaigns
• Focusing on customer engagement and building up profound and trustful customer relationships
• Demonstrating business acumen, product knowledge, and willingness to continuous learning
• Adapting own tactics in response to changing market and company strategies

Who are you:

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally but not mandatory in a natural science-related field (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry)
• Inside Sales or Field Sales experience (Minimum 1-2 years), preferably but not mandatory knowledge in selling Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices / Radiology product portfolio
• Proven track record within the complex product and sales environment
• Intrinsically motivated team player
• Very strong customer focus
• Driven to win, highly organized, and independently working
• Savvy in building sustainable relations with customers and team members by almost exclusively using digital tools (video conferencing, e-mails, phone meetings)
• Preferably experience in pipeline management and cold calling
• Pioneering spirit and positive can-do attitude
• Strategic selling ability, stamina, and perseverance
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Native level proficiency for the respective region and business level English required
• Experience working with CRM software
