As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be joining a team of 4 people, working in a very dynamic and hands on environment. Your role will be varied but a big part of it will be content writing and management and creation and management of events.

  • Producing marketing communications materials
  • Planning and coordinating around 30 trade shows per year
  • Achieving frequent and positive media coverage
  • Implementing new ideas and methods to contribute to the organization’s goals
  • Enhancing the reputation of the company
  • Working closely with sales and assisting with inbound/outbound marketing and lead nurturing campaigns;
  • Coordinating with PR agencies
  • Handling of media requests;
  • Managing and facilitating usage of Salesforce
  • Coordination and creation of case studies and telemarketing campaigns
  • Creation and maintenance of campaigns and reports
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead management approaches and assisting them in lead generation

Job requirements Marketing Communication Specialist | French or German

  • HBO level in Marketing, events or International Business.
  • 5+ years’ experience in IT marketing (B2B)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of tradeshow preparation and copywriting
  • Experience with marketing automation software tools a plus
  • Must be fluent in German or French with a conversational level of Dutch
  • Excellent MS Office skills and good working knowledge of
  • 15% European travel required
