Operations Manager Scandinavia
As Operations Manager for HelloRider in Scandinavia, you are responsible for operations in all Scandinavian countries with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience while managing cost effectively. You will primarily be working with production and logistics, service and maintenance, as well managing our Scandinavian call center team. You will work on developing your departments by improving day-to-day processes, while ensuring continuous development on a long-term strategic project portfolio.

You have four direct reports and you lead your departments through them. In addition, you are expected to set-up a team of 1-2 operations associates that can ensure high speed in execution. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have smooth day-to-day operations with satisfied customers. When issues arise, you will intervene and react accordingly. This is a position where you need great interpersonal and leadership skills, an analytical mindset and the ability to both work operationally and strategically.

The position is based in Amsterdam and in Glostrup. From Copenhagen we run our Scandinavian distribution center. In Amsterdam we run the Scandinavian Customer service and Logistics Planning team. As Operations Manager Scandinavia, you will be reporting directly to Managing Director of HelloRider, Olav Jørgensen.

Requirements Operations Manager Scandinavia

Degree within Operations/ Engineering
2-4 years of management experience
2+ years of operations experience
Strong analytical and organization skills
Living in or around Amsterdam area and wiling to travel to Copenhagen on a regular basis
Passion for operations, management and leadership
